I snapped this shot somewhere over the east coast, either Virginia or Maryland. I was flying from Atlanta to Newark and since Newark was not accepting flights for several hours, we circled in the air until we had to finally refuel in Baltimore. That's our airplane wing along the bottom of the photo.
I love this one for the wonderful colors, warm yet cool at the same time. And peaceful. Sunset is usually a calming time for me but it was even more so up in the air, among the clouds. I loved it.

That particular delicate combination of hues I have never seen before in all the skywatch photos I have browsed since I starten a couple of monthS ago. just WONDERFUL.
