I'm back! Rather than over-think what I'm going to say and how to "come back" to my little blog, I thought to myself, "Oh, just write something. Anything." So here I am. I have missed this blog but we have been so busy with the bee biz and I still have that other job, you know. Anyhoo...
Note about this shot - do not tie your shirt around your waist and then wander around the countryside of the lovely bee yards. Why? Well...I sort of forgot that the prickly pear's thorns easily transfer upon touch. So it transferred to my dangling sleeves and I didn't notice them until I used the sleeves later to dab my face. Felt a little scratchy. No wonder! DOH!!!! I had to laugh at myself. Also on the smart Thien moves list that day - losing the iPhone for about 10 minutes when it dropped out of my pocket . I think during a bit of a "worried" (NOT panicked) moment when a bee keep doing the Kamikaze against my veil. That makes me uncomfortable. Anyway, luckily I found it (face down in the dirt road) and it only had to cool down a bit before I could check it was still working. Poor little phone. It's been through a lot since I inherited it a short time ago. :-)
