Still craving pho after my disappointing bowl in Reno and since Mark is not feeling well this week, I decided to make our own pot of pho with chicken. It was gooooood. AND we even got to see Lan since she joined us for dinner Tuesday night. That was fun. A bit of belated birthday celebrating.
Had a really fun time with blogging ladies and posted about it on the Seguin blog. We're going to have to try to do that regularly. Work's great, busy but awesome. I head off to Claremont, CA, Sunday and it'll be a whirlwind for a month: Claremont week one, Vegas week two, Tracy (CA) week three, Fontana/Claremont week four. And then it'll be the later part of September. Where is this year going????
