Now all I have to do is knit something to felt. So what will I do with all these scraps of wool?? Well, I'm going to knit my friend Darlene's husband a bag in which to place all his Fiesta pins. Apparently there are many to be carried (they are very involved with Flambeau this year) and so this should make a great project and will feed my need to felt. :)
I finished what looks like a kitty pi bed. However, it started out as a project bag for me that went awry. No more knitting on the fly and not following a pattern for me until I know what the heck I'm doing! I love the colors and will find a good home for it. I'm also going to send a photo to Wendy Knits, the owner of that site gave us all the pattern. Sarah's now knitting one for Loki and should finish soon. Very nice colors, you'll see. Oh and yes, I know what you're thinking, does Smokey FIT IN THERE??? He does actually, if her folds up a bit. Takes a little assistance from me still. He's getting use to it and he wanted to get in the bed. However, he has not figured out how to get situated in there the way he likes without me helping him. Funny cat.
