Crafting butterflies

Butterflies project

Well, they finally took off to the mill this week. I cut 44 vellum butterflies (took a while I must admit) and then distributed them around my department. Nothing like some pretty little, delicate butterflies at the steel mill. I think people liked them. They make me happy when I look at them, especially when it gets so hectic at work. I drop down to my chair and when I look at my monitor, there's a couple of b'flies. Makes me smile.

I think after a couple of weeks free of mountain cedar induced headaches, I have a bit of one this evening. No telling which pollen it is now. I hope it's not as bad as cedar. Right now I am relaxing in front of the TV and it is sooooo nice. :) Watching Unwrapped on FoodTV and they are talking about how Nutella is made, which makes me think of Sarah! Oh, I miss our chat/coffee-tea time at SAPL. OMG, now they're talking about a Cutco spreader that we have! Funny what you learn when you make time to watch TV for a bit. Yea, we watch all the news stuff but this is fun! Last week, after that awful Wednesday and the car accident, I actually watched 2 hours straight of fun TV and I loved it. Have you seen House of Payne? I laughed so loud even Mark came out to check it out.

Thanks Sarah! And Jessica, thank goodness you emailed me about the job! I love it at CMC. I was just telling Mark how happy I am and how lucky to have found another great group of friends.
